A Feast of Traditional French Favorites  

As many as the bistros, cafe and gastropubs that dots Paris, French cuisine is truly intricate and varied. Nothing beats the classics as we offer these traditional French favorites - a staple in French households and usually is prepared on special occassions, celebrations or simple weekend family gatherings.  Our Chef, who is a native of France, has adapted  his family's special recipe of these wonderful dishes for us to share and enjoy! 


Beef Bourguignon Thursdays 

   $21.00

Also called Beef Burgundy.  Well known traditional French recipe.  It is a Stew prepared with Beef braised in Red Wine and Beef Broth. Flavored with Garlic, Onions and a Bouquet Garni with Onions and Mushrooms added towards the end of cooking. Tender and well marbled.

Bouillabaise Fridays

$29.00

The telling flavor of Bouillabaisse comes from two things:  the Provencal Soup Base - garlic, onions, tomatoes, olive oil, fennel, saffron, thyme, bay and a bit of dried orange peel - and of course the Fish - from the Medditerrenean, lean, non-oily,  firm-fleshed and mixed with soft-fleshed shellfish, clams and fresh shrimps. A True Provencal Cuisine and a seafood lover's delight!

Coq Au Vin Saturdays

$23.00

Chicken first marinated in Wine, then seared in fat and slowly simmered until tender with traditional seasonings like Salt, Pepper, Thyme, Parsley and Bay leaf in the form of a Bouquet Garni.  The juices are thickened either by making a small Roux at the beginning of the cooking.
