A Feast of Traditional French Provencal Favorites  

As many as the bistros, cafe and gastropubs that dots Paris, French cuisine is truly intricate and varied. Nothing beats the classics as we offer these traditional French favorites - a staple in French households and usually is prepared on special occassions, celebrations or simple weekend family gatherings.  Our Chef, who is a native of France, has adapted  his family's special recipe of these wonderful dishes for us to share and enjoy! 

Lapin Ala Moutarde Ancienne Wednesdays


Braised Farm Rabbit Traditionally Marinated, Served with a Creamy Old Fashioned Dijon Mustard and White Wine Sauce. Served with Linquini Pasta and Sauteed Veggies of the Day.

Beef Bourguignon Thursdays 


Also called Beef Burgundy.  Well known traditional French recipe.  It is a Stew prepared with Beef braised in Red Wine and Beef Broth. Flavored with Garlic, Onions and a Bouquet Garni with Onions and Mushrooms added towards the end of cooking. Tender and well marbled.

Les Moules Mariniere


Fresh Black Mussels cooked in White Wine, Shallots and Garlic and Served
with our Garlic French Fries

Coq Au Vin Maison Saturdays


Chicken first marinated in Wine, then seared in fat and slowly simmered until tender with traditional seasonings like Salt, Pepper, Thyme, Parsley and Bay leaf in the form of a Bouquet Garni.  The juices are thickened either by making a small Roux at the beginning of the cooking.
