Nothing beats the classics as we offer these traditional French favorites - a staple in French households and usually is prepared on special occassions, celebrations or simple weekend family gatherings. Our Chef, who is a native of France, has adapted his family's special recipe of these wonderful dishes for us to share and enjoy!
Also called Beef Burgundy. Well known traditional French recipe. It is a Stew prepared with Beef braised in Red Wine and Beef Broth. Flavored with Garlic, Onions and a Bouquet Garni with Onions and Mushrooms added towards the end of cooking. Tender and well marbled.

As influenced by the neighboring country of Spain, the Paella Provencal dish incorporates the fresh bounty of the sea - sea shell, shrimps, mussels, infused with saffron, Provencal herbs and Mediterranean spices. Slices of Chorizo, completes the taste of this dish. A wonderful dish to be enjoyed and shared by the family every weekend.
Suggested Wine Pairing : Chardonnay St Channel 2008
Chicken first marinated in Wine, then seared in fat and slowly simmered until tender with traditional seasonings like Salt, Pepper, Thyme, Parsley and Bay leaf in the form of a Bouquet Garni. The juices are thickened either by making a small Roux at the beginning of the cooking.
